What's a Millennial? Well, if you're reading this website, YOU'RE probably a Millennial. While the Baby Boomers happily smile upon the Gen-Xers who grew up as latch-key kids and understand what it means to work, they are frowning on the Gen-Y generation. Turns out that getting a trophy for being in the game (whether a win or a loss), being allowed to suck at piano (just playing it for fun and not practicing) and having mom and dad do their school projects for them yields employees that can't or won't do a hard days work.

Sorry readers...if you're born after 1980, you're in Gen-Y (ie. a Millennial).
