Wachovia is being sued for allowing telemarketers to draw fraudulently unsigned checks from other Wachovia customers. Wachovia pubically claimed it had no idea and blah blah. Whoops...too bad they didn't follow White House guidelines and delete the email discussion that showed not only their awareness of it but also how profitable the fraud was for the bank.
