A person with a British style Audi has been taunting German speed cameras by placing a Muppet in the front passenger seat of his car as he zips past the camera. Because British drivers sit on the right side, German speed cameras, set up to shoot drivers on the left side, can never get a good shot of the driver. So even though they can identify the car by its place, they can't issue a ticket because they can't identify the occupant.
